PPB DO Sensor
This PPB DO sensor is a high-precision trace dissolved oxygen probe designed for ppb-level ultra-low oxygen measurement. Different from conventional mg/L DO sensors, it adopts high-sensitivity electrochemical principle to accurately detect trace oxygen in high-purity water and boiler feed water.
This PPB DO sensor realizes stable measurement in ultra-low dissolved oxygen environment, with excellent anti-interference and long-term drift resistance. It integrates automatic temperature compensation and outputs standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU digital signal, easy to connect with analyzers, PLC and online water quality monitoring systems.
With fully sealed anti-corrosion structure, high pressure resistance and ultra-low consumption membrane design, it meets the strict water quality requirements in power, semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
It is widely used in thermal power plant boiler water, condensed water, semiconductor ultrapure water, pharmaceutical pure water and high-end water treatment systems.

PPB Dissolved Oxygen sensor is specially designed for ultra-low dissolved oxygen monitoring in high-purity water. It accurately measures trace DO at the ppb (μg/L) level, effectively solving the problem that conventional ppm-level DO analyzers cannot detect micro oxygen content stably and precisely. Widely applied in industries with strict water quality requirements, it ensures process safety and product quality.


Working Principle
Optical Fluorescence Quenching Method (Mainstream)
The sensor tip is coated with high-performance fluorescent material. Blue light excites the coating to generate red fluorescence, and dissolved oxygen molecules will quench the fluorescence. The system calculates the real-time DO concentration by detecting the attenuation degree and lifetime of fluorescence signal.
