This ammonia nitrogen sensor adopts the ion selective electrode (ISE) method, also called electrode method for ammonia nitrogen measurement. It is equipped with high-selectivity ammonium sensitive membrane, which selectively identifies ammonium ions in water to calculate ammonia nitrogen concentration. Built-in automatic temperature compensation effectively eliminates temperature interference and ensures stable test results.
Digital integrated design with standard RS485 Modbus-RTU communication, compatible with ammonia nitrogen monitor, PLC and remote IoT system. IP68 fully submersible structure with 3/4" NPT thread for pipeline, tank and reaction tank installation. Wide measuring range 0.1~3000mg/L optional, no chemical reagents required, low running cost for long-term online monitoring.


This Ammonia nitrogen by electrode method sensor adopts ion selective electrode testing principle to realize rapid continuous detection of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) in water. Compared with colorimetric reagent method, this electrode method features no reagent consumption, fast response speed and low long-term operation cost.
The core is a high-stability ammonia sensitive membrane electrode. Built-in Pt1000 temperature compensation module automatically offsets measurement errors caused by water temperature changes. It outputs standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU digital signal, which can be matched with ammonia nitrogen controllers, PLC, data acquisition terminals and industrial cloud monitoring platforms.
The whole sensor adopts fully sealed anti-corrosion housing with IP68 waterproof rating, supporting submerged and flow-cell installation. Only regular simple calibration is needed for daily maintenance.
It is widely used in municipal sewage plants, livestock breeding wastewater, river and lake surface water monitoring, chemical wastewater and environmental automatic water quality monitoring stations.
