Stainless Steel Conductivity Sensor
MTW-AEC2524 Stainless Steel Conductivity Sensor adopts high-quality stainless steel housing and sensing body, featuring excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Available with multiple cell constants of K=0.1 / K=1 / K=10, it covers ultrapure water, tap water, circulating water, sewage and high-salinity water.
This industrial conductivity sensor integrates a built-in temperature compensation element to ensure accurate and stable EC & TDS measurement under changing water temperatures. It supports long-term submerged and pipeline installation, compatible with conductivity controllers, transmitters and PLC monitoring systems.
With high pressure resistance, fouling resistance and robust structure, it greatly reduces maintenance frequency and adapts to complex and harsh industrial working conditions.
It is widely used in factory circulating water, cooling water, chemical process water, wastewater treatment, water supply systems and industrial water quality monitoring.

Key Advantages
• Full 316L stainless steel, rust & corrosion resistant
• High pressure resistant, suitable for pipeline inline installation
• Multi K value optional for different water quality
• Anti-fouling metal sensing surface, long service life
• Stable signal, low drift, easy calibration
Primary Application Areas
Thanks to their rugged and reliable nature, stainless steel conductivity sensors are deployed across numerous industries:
Water & Wastewater Treatment:
Drinking Water & Municipal Supply: Monitoring raw and finished water quality to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Pure & Ultrapure Water Production: Precisely monitoring water purity during reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange, and distillation to prevent membrane fouling and system scaling.
Wastewater & Sewage Treatment: Tracking ion concentrations in industrial and municipal effluent to evaluate treatment efficiency and ensure discharge compliance.
Power Generation
Boiler Feedwater & Steam Condensate Monitoring: In power plants, even trace ionic impurities can cause severe corrosion and scaling in boilers and heat exchangers. Stainless steel sensors provide continuous monitoring of these critical loops to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.

Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industries
1. Process Control & Concentration Monitoring: Accurately measuring the concentration of acids, alkalis, and salts to maintain stable reactions and product quality.
2. Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) Systems: Monitoring cleaner concentration and rinse water purity to optimize cleaning cycles, reduce chemical consumption, and minimize downtime.
3. Life Sciences: Used in pharmaceutical and biotech applications to monitor Water for Injection (WFI) and final rinse water, ensuring processes adhere to strict hygiene standards like cGMP and FDA regulations.
Food & Beverage Industry
1. Product Quality Control: Monitoring the conductivity of process water, raw materials, and finished goods to guarantee consistent taste and quality.
2. Hygienic Applications: Sensors with sanitary designs feature smooth, crevice-free stainless steel surfaces that withstand high-temperature sterilization (SIP), meeting the stringent hygiene requirements of the food industry.
Environmental Monitoring
Surface & Seawater Monitoring: Employed for long-term observation of rivers, lakes, and estuaries to assess Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and salinity, track pollution events, or study the mixing of fresh and salt water.
