FCL Digital Residual Chlorine Sensor

MTW-FCL5200 FCL Digital Residual Chlorine Sensor is a professional digital water quality probe for continuous monitoring of free residual chlorine in water. Adopting advanced electrochemical measurement principle, it delivers fast response, high precision and stable readings for FCL concentration after water disinfection.


This digital residual chlorine sensor integrates temperature compensation to eliminate ambient temperature interference. Built-in digital processing module, it outputs standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU signal, easy to connect with controllers, PLC, data loggers and remote water quality monitoring systems.


With anti-fouling diaphragm and corrosion-resistant housing, it effectively reduces contamination and maintenance frequency, supporting long-term submerged continuous operation.
It is widely used in drinking water plants, swimming pools, domestic water supply, hospital wastewater, industrial disinfection water and municipal water supply pipeline monitoring.

 

This FCL Digital Residual Chlorine Sensor measures free residual chlorine (FCL) in water, using the constant-voltage amperometric (membrane-free) principle-no reagents, no membrane replacement, low maintenance. Built-in automatic temperature & pH compensation for stable readings in tap water, pool water, drinking water, and process water. Digital RS485 Modbus-RTU output, IP68 submersible, 3/4" NPT thread, DC 12–24V power, easy integration with PLC, controller, and IoT systems.
