This O3 Sensor 0-20mg/L is a wide-range industrial digital dissolved ozone probe for high-concentration ozone water monitoring. Adopts anti-oxidation electrochemical electrode, resistant to strong oxidation of high-concentration ozone solution. This O3 Sensor 0-20mg/L is a wide-range dissolved ozone probe with measuring range of 0 to 20mg/L, specially developed for high-concentration ozone working conditions. Adopting reinforced anti-oxidation electrode core and thickened special permeable membrane, it can resist long-term corrosion and oxidation of high-concentration ozone without saturation failure.


Built-in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation to offset measurement errors caused by water temperature changes and maintain stable linear output in full range. Equipped with standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU digital interface, it can be seamlessly connected to ozone controllers, PLC, data loggers and industrial IoT monitoring platforms.
The sensor adopts fully sealed anti-corrosion housing with IP68 waterproof rating, supporting submerged and flow cell installation. It features fast response, low zero drift and strong anti-interference performance, meeting 24-hour continuous online monitoring demands.
It is widely used in industrial wastewater advanced oxidation treatment, chemical ozone disinfection process, high-concentration ozone water preparation, industrial washing disinfection and special water treatment projects.
Key Advantages
• Nephelometry (Scattering): Measures light scattered at a 90° angle to the incident beam. This method is highly sensitive and ideal for low-turbidity water, such as drinking water.
• Absorption/Transmission: Measures the amount of light that passes directly through the sample to a detector on the opposite side. It is best suited for high-turbidity liquids, like wastewater, where scattering is too intense for accurate reading.
• Backscatter: Measures light reflected back toward the source. This is often used for ultra-high turbidity and industrial process control.
