Ion Controller RS485
The Ion Controller RS485 is a high-precision online monitoring and control instrument designed for continuous measurement of specific ion concentrations in water. Equipped with advanced signal processing technology and digital communication capability, the Ion Controller RS485 ensures stable performance, accurate data transmission, and reliable integration into industrial automation systems.
The Ion Controller RS485 supports a wide range of ion-selective electrodes (ISE), enabling measurement of parameters such as ammonium (NH₄⁺), nitrate (NO₃⁻), fluoride (F⁻), chloride (Cl⁻),
calcium (Ca²⁺), and other target ions. With automatic temperature compensation and intelligent calibration functions, the device maintains high measurement accuracy even under varying
environmental conditions. Its fast response time and strong anti-interference capability make it suitable for complex industrial environments.
Working Principle
The controller receives digital signals from ISE ion probes, calculates ion concentration based on the Nernst equation. Built-in temperature correction ensures accurate and stable readings. It supports data remote transmission and limit interlock control, connecting seamlessly with PLC, DCS and SCADA system.
