pH Analyzer with RS485 | Industrial Online pH/ORP Transmitter Controller (Modbus-RTU)
This RS485 pH Analyzer is an industrial online pH/ORP controller/transmitter with standard RS485 Modbus-RTU digital communication. It accepts pH/ORP glass electrodes, provides automatic temperature compensation, calibration, alarm, and dual output (4–20mA + RS485). Used for continuous monitoring in wastewater, process water, aquaculture and IoT water quality systems.


This industrial pH Analyzer with RS485 acts as a smart transmitter and controller for online pH / ORP / temperature measurement. It interfaces with standard industrial pH/ORP electrodes, performs signal conditioning, ATC, multi-point calibration and self-diagnosis.Equipped with RS485 (Modbus-RTU) for digital data transmission, it also supports isolated 4–20mA analog output, dual relay alarm (high/low limit), and historical data logging. The LCD touch panel/segment display supports on-site configuration.It features waterproof (IP65 wall mount / IP67 panel mount) housing, wide power input, and strong anti-interference for long-distance communication with PLC, DCS, SCADA or IoT cloud platforms.
MTW-PH5000 pH Analyzer with RS485 is an industrial online pH monitoring and control transmitter, designed for continuous measurement and automatic control of pH value in water treatment systems. It supports standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU communication for remote data transmission and system integration.
