MTW-ISNaT1 Na+ Sensor is an industrial online ion-selective electrode for real-time and continuous measurement of sodium ion (Na⁺) in water.It adopts high-performance sodium sensitive membrane technology, featuring fast response, excellent selectivity and stable output.

 

This Na+ sensor is equipped with automatic temperature compensation to ensure accurate readings under variable water temperature.It provides standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU digital signal and optional 4–20mA analog output, compatible with controllers, PLC and online monitoring systems.

 

With corrosion-resistant and IP68 waterproof structure, it is suitable for long-term submerged installation and stable operation in high-purity water, boiler feed water and industrial wastewater.

 

It is widely used in power plant boiler water, ultrapure water systems, semiconductor water, industrial circulating water and industrial wastewater monitoring.

Working Principle

 

Based on the Nernst equation, the high-selective sodium sensitive membrane generates potential signal according to Na⁺ activity in the liquid. The sensor converts analog signal into digital data, supports automatic temperature compensation and pH interference correction.

Maintenance

 

1.Regular 2-point calibration with standard sodium solution.
2.Keep the sensitive membrane clean and wet.
3.Avoid strong acid, strong alkali and oily medium.
4.Replace ISE membrane regularly in harsh conditions.
