Potassium Selective Electrode

This potassium selective electrode is a high-performance ion-selective electrode (ISE) based on valinomycin ionophore membrane, specifically for measuring potassium ion (K⁺) activity in aqueous solutions. Standard BNC connector, compatible with lab ion meters and online transmitters, used in water quality, hydroponics, aquaculture and food analysis.

This potassium selective electrode (K⁺ ISE) uses a valinomycin-doped PVC sensing membrane-the industry benchmark for potassium ion detection-providing extremely high selectivity over sodium, ammonium, calcium, magnesium and other common cations.It adopts a precision reference system (single or double junction) with porous PTFE/ceramic junction to ensure stable potential and low drift. The electrode follows the Nernst response, supports direct concentration readout with an ion meter, and is suitable for both laboratory batch testing and industrial online monitoring.It features fast response, wide measurement range, and easy calibration with standard KCl solutions.
