ORP Sensor 4-20mA | Industrial Analog Output Oxidation-Reduction Potential Probe
This industrial 4-20mA ORP sensor integrates an ORP electrode and built-in analog transmitter, providing standard 2-wire / 3-wire 4–20mA current loop output directly. It features a high-purity platinum sensor tip, double-junction anti-poisoning reference, IP68 submersible design, and automatic temperature compensation. It is widely used for redox control in disinfection, wastewater treatment, chemical processes, and aquaculture, compatible with PLC, DCS, and analog recorders.
This integrated 4–20mA ORP sensor combines a platinum (Pt) sensitive disc, double-junction reference system, and on-board signal conditioning to output a linear 4–20mA signal corresponding to the ORP measurement range (typically -1999 ~ +1999 mV). No external ORP transmitter is required, simplifying wiring and installation for industrial process control.The sensor uses a high-purity polished platinum electrode for stable redox response and a double-junction Ag/AgCl reference to resist poisoning from sulfides, cyanide, heavy metals, and organic contaminants. It supports automatic temperature compensation (0–60°C) and fully sealed IP68 waterproof construction for long-term immersion.Available in 2-wire loop-powered 4–20mA or 3-wire 4–20mA configurations, with 3/4" NPT / PG13.5 process threads for pipeline, immersion, or flow-through installation. The 4–20mA analog signal ensures low-interference long-distance transmission for DCS/PLC systems.
