Low Temperature pH Sensor | Ultra-Low Temp Industrial pH Electrode
This Low Temperature pH Sensor is specially designed for pH measurement in ultra-low temperature water and solution environments. Adopting low-temperature resistant pH glass bulb, anti-freeze structure, and stable double junction reference, it ensures accurate and reliable readings even at near-zero and sub-zero temperatures, widely used in cold water, chilled fluid, low-temperature reactor and refrigeration process monitoring.


This industrial Low Temperature pH Sensor is optimized for pH detection in low and near-freezing temperature conditions, solving the problem that standard pH electrodes slow down response, drift or even fail in cold environments.It uses a specially formulated low-temperature pH glass membrane that maintains fast response and high accuracy at low temperatures, with reinforced anti-freeze internal structure and waterproof sealing to avoid electrode failure caused by low temperature or frost.Equipped with anti-poisoning double junction reference and PTFE liquid junction for long-term stability in various low-temperature media.Compatible with standard industrial pH transmitters with 4–20mA / RS485 Modbus-RTU output, and supports immersion, pipeline and flow-cell installation for continuous online pH monitoring in cold process systems.
MTW-APH2527 Low Temperature pH Sensor is a professional industrial pH electrode designed for low temperature and cold water environments. It adopts a special low-temperature adapted pH glass membrane and internal structure, ensuring stable response and measurement even in low-temperature liquids.
This sensor supports standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU communication and optional 4–20mA analog output, enabling stable signal transmission and seamless integration with PLC, DCS and monitoring systems. Isolated power supply and built-in anti-interference circuit ensure reliable operation in industrial sites.


It features precise automatic temperature compensation suitable for low temperature conditions, wide measurement range and good corrosion resistance. Internal memory retains calibration data during power-off. The stable structure and sealing design ensure long service life in low-temperature working conditions.
