It features high-strength pressure-resistant structure and special chemical-resistant glass membrane, adapting to stirring, pressure fluctuation and complex chemical media inside reactors.

 

MTW-APH2521 Chemistry Reactor pH sensor is tailor-made for harsh working conditions inside chemical reactors, reaction kettles and mixing tanks. It adopts high temperature and pressure resistant glass membrane and reinforced mechanical structure, adapting to stirring, material impact, high temperature and medium pressure in reaction vessels.

 

This sensor features excellent chemical resistance, resisting erosion from various raw materials, solvents and reaction liquids. Built-in automatic temperature compensation ensures stable and accurate pH values during chemical reaction process.

 

It supports in-tank installation and is compatible with pH transmitters and control systems for real-time process monitoring. Fully sealed and leak-proof design effectively prevents medium leakage, meeting safety standards of chemical production.

Product Features

 

The MTW-APH2521 pH electrode features a pressure- and high-temperature resistant cylindrical bulb, a YMT-made mixed gel intermediate electrolyte, and a double ceramic salt bridge. This allows it to maintain excellent measurement performance and long service life under desulfurization and denitrification conditions containing sulfur ions, suspended particles, and high levels of heavy metal ions. It is also resistant to high temperatures and pressures, making it the preferred electrode for the desulfurization and denitrification industry.
