The process pH sensor is engineered for continuous online pH monitoring in industrial production processes. Adopts high-performance chemical-resistant glass membrane, stable against acids, alkalis and common industrial media. Reinforced mechanical structure, anti-scaling and anti-impact, reliable under flow, stirring and slight pressure.

 

Built-in automatic temperature compensation. IP68 submersible design with standard 3/4" NPT thread for pipeline, tank and reactor mounting. Optional 4–20mA analog or RS485 Modbus-RTU output, easy to integrate with controllers, PLC and automation systems. Low maintenance, ideal for 24/7 process operation.

 

MTW-APH2521 Process pH Sensor is designed for continuous pH monitoring in industrial production pipelines and process systems. With optimized structural design, it adapts to inline installation and works stably under medium flow, pressure and conventional temperature changes.
