Ultrapure Water PH Sensor
MTW-APH2528 Ultrapure Water pH Sensor is specially designed for pH measurement in ultrapure water, high-purity water and low-conductivity water environments.It adopts a unique high-resistance glass membrane and anti-static structure, effectively avoiding drift and unstable readings caused by low ionic strength.
This sensor ensures stable and accurate measurement even in ultra-low conductivity conditions, with built-in automatic temperature compensation.It supports standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU communication and optional 4–20mA analog output, compatible with industrial monitoring systems.
With IP68 waterproof and corrosion-resistant design, it is suitable for long-term online measurement in high-purity water systems.
It is widely used in ultrapure water, semiconductor water, pharmaceutical water, power plant boiler water and condensate water monitoring.

Selection & Operation Guidelines
Use sensors rated for **<0.1 μS/cm**; standard pure-water pH sensors (>1 μS/cm) are not suitable.
Prefer refillable reference designs for highest accuracy; use gel-filled or solid-state for low maintenance.
Always use a flow cell; do not measure in static or submerged conditions.
Calibrate using low-ionic-strength buffers to minimize measurement error.

Flow-type measurement requirements
1. Must be installed in a flow cell with stable flow rate (200–500 mL/min)
2. Avoids air bubbles and stagnant layers that cause unstable readings
3. Standard connections: PG13.5, 3/4" MNPT, etc.
