This online spectrometric nitrate sensor adopts dual-wavelength UV spectral absorption technology (235nm measuring wavelength + 275nm reference wavelength) based on Beer-Lambert law. It detects characteristic UV absorption of nitrate ions to calculate NO₃-N concentration, automatically deducting organic matter interference via dual-wavelength algorithm without chemical reagents.
Built-in temperature compensation to eliminate temperature drift. Digital integrated circuit with standard RS485 Modbus-RTU output, compatible with nitrate monitor, PLC, DCS and cloud IoT platform. IP68 fully submersible probe, 3/4" NPT thread for pipeline, bypass and tank immersion installation. Optional automatic mechanical wiper to prevent optical window scaling and algae adhesion, stable 24/7 continuous monitoring.

Multiple optical path options (1mm/2mm/5mm) to match low-concentration clean water and high-concentration sewage scenarios. No electrode membrane consumption, far longer service life than ISE nitrate sensors.
MTW-PUVNO3-900 Online Spectrometric Nitrate Sensor adopts ultraviolet full-spectrum absorption principle to realize continuous online detection of nitrate ions without chemical reagents. Different from traditional ion-selective electrodes, the spectral measurement method avoids ion interference, features long service life and low maintenance frequency.
Built-in multi-point Pt1000 temperature compensation algorithm eliminates absorbance deviation caused by water temperature changes. Equipped with optional automatic air/water cleaning wiper to prevent optical window fouling. Standard RS485 MODBUS-RTU digital output supports long-distance data transmission, perfectly matched with water quality analyzers, PLC, DCS and industrial cloud monitoring platforms.
