MTW-ACC100 Platinum Ring Electrode Chlorine Sensor adopts a dual platinum ring electrode design based on the constant potential (potentiostatic) principle, delivering accurate and stable residual/free chlorine measurement without a membrane or reagents.
It features two high-purity platinum rings as working and counter electrodes, paired with an Ag/AgCl reference electrode. This three-electrode system ensures linear current response proportional to chlorine concentration, with excellent stability and a long service life.
Built-in automatic temperature compensation corrects temperature-induced errors; optional pH compensation further optimizes accuracy in varying water quality. Equipped with RS485 MODBUS-RTU digital output for seamless integration with PLC, controllers, and remote monitoring systems.


The no-membrane, no-reagent design minimizes maintenance-just regular cleaning of the platinum surface. The IP68-rated housing is corrosion-resistant and suitable for long-term submerged or flow-cell installation.
